Our products
Please read the product description and any material information or measurements provided before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. This does not limit your rights if an item does not match its description.
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Product photographs do not replace the stated measurements or material information.
Ordering and payment
Please check the items, quantities and delivery details in your order carefully before submitting it. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly. We will check what can still be changed.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Standard delivery is free. The payment options available for your order are displayed at checkout.
Delivery
Our delivery estimate is 1–2 working days for processing plus 6–10 working days in transit after dispatch, giving an estimated total of 7–12 working days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Our Delivery policy explains your rights if delivery is late or an order does not arrive.
For delivery using a carrier we offer, the goods remain our responsibility until you or your nominated recipient physically receives them.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our 30-day money-back guarantee lets you tell us you wish to return an item within 30 calendar days of receiving it, counting receipt as day one. Send it back within 14 calendar days after notifying us. For a change of mind, you pay the international return postage to China, following our return instructions; the guarantee does not include free returns.
The conditions and refund timetable are set out in Returns & Refunds. Your statutory cancellation rights and your rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods are separate and remain unaffected. We bear necessary return costs when exercising those statutory rights for a faulty or incorrect item.
Please contact us promptly to cancel before delivery. Dispatch may already be underway, but this does not remove your statutory right to cancel.
Optional partial refunds
An offer to keep an item in exchange for a partial refund is voluntary and requires your express acceptance. It is not a condition of using the return route. Any partial refund already paid is taken into account when calculating a later refund due for the same item.
Responsibility and consumer protection
We are responsible for the obligations we owe you as the seller. A supplier or carrier handling an order does not replace your rights against us.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or removes mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law that applies to your purchase.
Complaints
Please contact us with your order number, an explanation of the problem and the outcome you would like. We will review your complaint and explain the next steps. You do not have to accept store credit, an alternative offer or a reduced remedy instead of a remedy to which you are legally entitled.
Updates to these terms
If we update these terms, the version agreed for your order will continue to apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
