Delivery

Free standard delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. Standard delivery is free. There is no separate standard delivery charge.

Where orders are sent from

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in China.

Processing and delivery times

Please allow 1–2 working days for order processing, followed by an estimated 6–10 working days in transit after dispatch. This gives an estimated total of 7–12 working days.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends and public holidays can affect the time it takes for an order to reach you. Any different delivery period expressly agreed for your order will apply.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the agreed delivery period, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the problem.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, delivery must take place within 30 days of entering into the contract. If an agreed deadline is missed, you can normally give us a reasonable additional period to deliver. If we still do not deliver, you can end the contract and receive a refund. You may be entitled to end the contract immediately if we refuse delivery or delivery by the agreed date was essential.

Responsibility for delivery

When your order is sent using a carrier we offer, it remains our responsibility until you, or someone you nominate, physically receives it. A tracking status alone does not remove your rights if your parcel has not arrived.

Changing or cancelling an order

Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check whether processing or dispatch can still be stopped. We cannot promise that a change can be made once an order is being processed, but dispatch does not remove your statutory cancellation rights.
